SaaS Analytics Dashboard
Revenue, user and churn analytics in one clear, fast dashboard for a subscription business.
Design and product work. Client details are confidential.
The challenge
Subscription businesses live and die by a handful of numbers (MRR, active users, churn), but those numbers usually sit across billing, product and CRM tools. Founders end up stitching spreadsheets together every week.
Our approach
We designed a single analytics workspace with KPI tiles at the top, trend charts for revenue and sign-ups, and drill-downs by plan and cohort. The layout prioritises the questions a founder asks on Monday morning, with dark-mode visuals that stay readable on a big screen.

Role-based views
Founders, finance and product each see what matters to them.
